Gluten Free Bread @BodyRebootedBread, Glorious Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. rapid rise yeast
  • 1/4 warm water (not hot)
  • 1.5 cups original unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. blue agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 3.5 cups Namaste Perfect Blend Flour (or your favorite gluten-free flour blend)
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix yeast and warm water together in small cup and let sit for 5 minutes.  Warm milk in microwave and mix with oil, agave, and vinegar in mixing bowl.  Add eggs and yeast mixture and blend well.  Add remaining 3 ingredients to mixture and beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.

Place dough into well-greased dark loaf pan and cover with greased wax paper.  Let rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Bake bread for 30 minutes with foil placed loosely on top.  Remove foil and continue baking bread for another 40 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

*Tip – For easier slicing, turn the bread upside down on the cutting board and slice from the bottom up.  This prevents the bread from being smushed.
