PBandJ Power Smoothie

Smoothies are great for so many reasons: they’re easy to make, a quick breakfast on-the-go, and they make it easy to add greens, fruits & veggies all in one meal. Here’s one of my favorites with the added superfood Chia!

PB & J Power Smoothie

Combine all ingredients and drink up! Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Stonyfield Organic Yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp natural strawberry jelly
  • 2 cups Earthbound Farm baby spinach
  • 1/2 banana, frozen (add ice if not frozen)
  • Chia Seeds. ground
  • 1 scoop vanilla hemp protein powder (optional)
