Natural Energy in a Bottle

Full Disclosure:  I received a case of Nth Degree Sport Performance Drink and Zero Calorie Sport Water to review via FitFluential.  No compensation was provided and as always, I will give my honest opinion about the product. Complete PR & Disclosure here.

In my house there are two kinds of foods…the kind you eat and the kind you NEVER eat.  Artificial sweeteners pretty much top the NEVER list, followed closely by artificial colors, dyes, preservatives, and high sugary foods.

This being said, I am ALWAYS on the lookout for new drinks and foods that meet this criteria.

Enter -> Nth Degree.

When approached to try out this product I was immediately skeptical because most sport waters are anything but healthy.  But the more I checked into them, the harder time I had trying to find something wrong with their products. Want to see for yourself? OK - let’s take a look at the info:

WHAT IS IT?

The Nth Degree Performance Drink is coined the “game changer” for sports drinks because it actually sustains your energy through your workout/run/training.

WHAT’S IN IT?

Nth Degree has zero simple sugars (like high fructose corn syrup, glucose, and sucrose) and actually uses a carb called Palatinose to sweeten it.  Derived from sugar beets, Palatinose is fully, but more slowly digested, so it supplies the body with the full energy of carbs over a longer period of time.

So with none of those bad-for-you sugars, you don’t get that crazy spike in blood glucose and you don’t get the crash later.  What you do get is a sustained natural energy level that many people actually “feel” during their workout.

The Nth Degree Performance Drink uses only natural flavors, colors and sweeteners. It contains no preservatives and is also gluten free.

Both Nth Degree Performance Drink and Palatinose® have each been clinically tested in human in vivo clinical trials and are certified to have a low glycemic index. Testing was conducted by two of the most reputable glycemic index testing labs in the world.  To read more about Palatinose click here.

  • Vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B12

Nth Degree Performance Drink:

  • Supports fat oxidation (fat burning) during exercise

So there’s the scoop on the Nth Degree line of Performance Drinks & Sport Waters.  I really like them both, but I LOVE the Zero Calorie Sport Water in Mixed Berry.  I highly recommend these drinks for runners and when doing longer workouts like P90x or DDP Yoga.  They’re good for your body - good for your game - and taste pretty awesome too!  Want to learn more about Nth Degree?  Click here to head over to their website or connect with them on twitter, facebook, and instagram.
