Garlic Zucchini Chips

If you thought kale chips were amazing, try your hand at zucchini chips.  They’re ridiculously easy to make and are the perfect healthy snack!

GARLIC ZUCCHINI CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, washed
  • garlic granules, organic
  • salt, to taste

Directions:  Preheat oven to 250°.  Cut off ends of zucchini and slice using mandolin or with knife (making sure to slice very thin slices). Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil non-stick cooking spray. Place zucchini slices on sheet close to each other, but not touching. Sprinkle garlic granules and salt on top and bake for 60  minutes or until slices are thin and crispy. (Time may need to be longer if slices are cut thick). Store in air-tight container or eat right away!
