Get your greens, antioxidants, and potassium in this energy packed breakfast smoothie!

Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green tea, chilled
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • handful baby spinach
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions:  Brew green tea and let cool. (I poured my tea into a cocktail shaker and added ice – did my happy shaker dance – and it was chilled in seconds). Mix all ingredients together in blender, adding ice if necessary to thicken the smoothie.  Drink & enjoy!
