Active Nation Day is September 28th

Lorna Jane has outdone herself once again. You may remember hearing about Lorna from this post where I gave you a little peek inside her amazing new cookbook, Nourish, or from my #MNBchallenge posts here, here and here.  She is an amazing woman who lives by the mantra; Move Nourish Believe, and inspires so many others to do the same.

Active Nation Day is a movement created by Lorna Jane to help women live an authentic and active life. It’s a day to get up, push your excuses aside and get moving! On September 28th, events will be hosted all over the world where sporty sisters can take part in workouts and a lucky few will be able to take a stroll in the MNB (Move Nourish Believe) market.

 So how do you get involved?

  1. Join the movement by signing up to the Active Nation Day event in your closest capital city. Click here to find a city near you.
  2. Download the new Lorna Jane app so you can track your everyday activity before, during, and after #ActiveNationDay. (App store download click here. Google Play download click here.)
  3. Learn the LJ Move AND WIN BIG! (Details, video, and pictures below)
  4. Attend Active Nation Day by tracking your movement with the LJ app (which is what I’ll be doing since I’m not near a capital city)

STEP 1: Take your right arm vertical and  your left arm horizontal so it’s super straight, palms flat, fingers pointing. (This makes the L)

STEP 2: Quickly switch arm positions - left arm is now vertical and right arm is horizontal - then add a slight bend to your right elbow, clench that hand into a fist. (This makes the J)
