OPERATION HEALTHY: Chrissy Tatum

Each month I am featuring inspirational men and women who have changed their life with the help of DDP Yoga and healthy eating. These are ordinary people just like you and me who made the decision to take back their life. See where they started from and how they got where they are today and let’s celebrate all their hard work!

This week’s featured transformation is Chrissy Tatum!

I’ve been doing DDP Yoga since Nov 2013 and started eating clean in March of 2014.

To date I’ve lost about 45 pounds and went from a size 18 to a size 10!

Before I started owning my life I would get off from work and stop at whatever fast food place sounded good then go home and eat it then sleep til work the next day.

I had no energy no motivation.

When my friend Roger asked me about helping him get his certification, I already liked how it made him feel and look and after the first workout, and I loved it! I still do too!

I manage a restaurant now and without DDP Yoga I wouldn’t have the energy or motivation to work 70 hours a week.

Roger and I still work out but only a couple of days a week but I still get in my workouts at home and even at work.

I owe a great deal to him for putting me on the path that totally changed my life , my body, but most of all my mind!

Way to go Chrissy!! You are ROCKIN’ your journey and owning your life! So proud of you girl. xo
