Achieve Better Balance

You work so hard at the gym, on the mat, or on the track and you want your body to reward you, right?  Then you need to give your body exactly what it needs to achieve balance.  Introducing the world’s first ever alkaline sports drink: pHenOH 7.4.

pHenOH 7.4 (pronounced fee-no), is made of 7 organic and natural ingredients that gives your body everything it needs to stay balanced during exercise and stress.

I bet you’re wondering why it’s so important to keep your body alkaline? Well, let me break it down:

  • Your body is naturally alkaline and needs to stay this way to perform at it’s best.
  • A diet high in acid, stress, and exercise all add to the buildup of acidic compounds in our blood which contribute to poor health and fatigue.

I don’t know about you - but I want my exercise to be GOOD for me, not harm me, so I thought I’d give pHenOH 7.4 a shot!

First thing I always do when trying a new product is check out the nutrition label.  Calories are good at just 30/serving and the sugar content is borderline, coming in at 8 grams/serving. The good part about the sugar is that it’s all from the organic agave nectar so it won’t spike your blood sugar levels. It also has the added bonus of being paleo, using organic aloe vera (anti-inflammatory), high in potassium, vitamin C, and magnesium and low in sodium. Plus it’s already pH balanced at 7.4.

Last but not least, is the taste. After an awesome DDP YOGA workout at the crib - I grabbed my pHenOH 7.4 and it was extremely refreshing. I add aloe vera to my juices periodically, so I instantly recognized that smooth and cooling taste.

All in all - I give pHenOH 7.4 two thumbs up!

This is probably the healthiest sports drink on the market and I would recommend you give it a shot! Check out all the benefits below and then help your body get back in balance this holiday season.

  5. Great post! Always nice when you can reinforce (rather than undo) the good you’re doing for your body in workouts, right?

  6. My wife brought that Phenoh drink home for me to try and I’m LOVING it after a sweaty yoga class or workout session. Way better way to hydate and replenish than Gatorade, IMO.
