30 Days of Yoga Challenge by prAna and SweatPink

If you’ve been following my blog or Instagram account, you might know that I am in loooove with prAna. (Click here for my first review of prAna).

Here’s the deal:

For the next 30 days (Feb 2 - Mar 8), I’ll be posting pics of me doing yoga poses everyday on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook and I’ll be posting weekly recaps here on the blog.

The challenge is simply to practice yoga every single day, even if it’s just for 5 minutes when you get up. Show prAna how you are taking big leaps with your fitness goals this year!

Oh, and the best part…not only do I have a chance to win $500 worth of prAna products, but YOU also have a chance to win the same! PLUS, I’ll be posting a discount code (coming soon) just for my readers so you can get a jump on prAna’s 2015 Spring Collection.

  • When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is DDP YOGA. Yoga frees (verb) me and makes me feel alive (noun). 
  • That’s why I am SO super-duper freaking excited (adjective) to participate in prAna’s Take The Leap 30 days of Yoga Challenge with Sweat Pink. I plan to crow (yoga pose) my way to a more strong (adjective) and healthy (adjective) 2015! 
  • For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is taking my time. Taking the Leap with prAna and Sweat Pink is a great way for me to find strength in myself
  • My favorite place to yoga is the crib (DDP YOGA people will get that) (noun) because it is so full of positive energy! (adj).
