Disclosure: I received a complimentary sample packet of Everlast VP Pro Vegan Protein Mix from Everlast Nutrition, Tomoson, & FitFluential for review. As always, all opinions are my own. Full PR & Disclosure here.

Everlast VP is Vegan Protein EVOLVED.

If you’re looking for a way to:

  1. Get more protein into your diet (that’s not whey)
  2. Increase lean muscle mass and strength
  3. Increase post workout recovery

then Everlast VP may be for you! It’s healthy, it’s vegan, and it tastes AMAZING!

Here are the details:

Everlast VP is a mix of yellow pea, rice and hemp proteins that has:

  • 22 grams of protein
  • 110 calories per serving
  • ZERO gluten, cholesterol, lactose, soy, and hormones
  • AND most importantly is non-GMO

All you have to do is mix 1 scoop with 8-12 oz of water or your favorite smoothie ingredients and you’re good to go!

I loved the taste of Everlast VP so much that I decided to create a new smoothie in honor of one tough Everlast chick: Viktoria Telek!

Knockout Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pineapple, cubed & frozen
  • 1/4 cup mango, cubed & frozen
  • handful spinach, fresh
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop Everlast VP Vegan Protein

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in blender and drink up!

Overall, I am REALLY enjoying this new vegan protein powder from Everlast. It’s healthy, it’s vegan, and it’s delicious!

  3. I looked at the Everlast website and ordered the VP. I’ll have to use another vegan protein to make that smoothie, because I can’t WAIT! Meanwhile, try this one morning. Mix, or blend one sliced banana and two eggs. That’s the batter. Now, grab a griddle and some coconut oil and make pancakes. So easy even I can do it. And you don’t even need syrup.
    BANG!
