Garlic Aioli

(This garlic aioli recipe is featured on MyCookingSpot.com)

This dip is so simple to make and can really take your dish to the next level.

So what is aioli? Basically it’s a fancy mayonnaise…that tastes amazing. I like to say that it’s not your mama’s mayo! 😉

Why garlic? Because it’s AWESOMESAUCE!! And because it has these incredible benefits to boot:

  • Clears acne
  • Helps prevent colds
  • Soothes psoriasis
  • Controls your weight

I just love it this recipe! I will eat it as a spread on a sandwich or as a dip for vegetables or french fries. It’s not something to be eaten everyday, but it’s definitely great on occasion. A lot of aioli’s are made with eggs, but I wanted it to be gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free, as requested by some of my awesome readers, so I omitted it. If you want yours to be a bit richer, you can add in 1 Tablespoon olive oil - just make it your own!

All you need is garlic, vegan mayo, lemon juice and salt & pepper. Click here to head over to my guest post on MyCookingSpot.com to get the recipe in full! And don’t forget to leave me a comment letting me know what you enjoyed your aioli on!
