Gluten-Free Expo Recap

What a Show!

This was hands-down, the best gluten-free & allergen friendly expo I have ever been to!

So just what goes on at an expo at this? Well, I’ll tell you!

To start, the expo is a mix between vendors and classes. The classes educate you about gluten-free and/or allergen-free living and the expo is an awesome way to see new products on the market and find out where they are sold.

This particular expo is also owned and operated by the app: Find Me Gluten Free (which I use religiously) and the gluten-free subscription box: Send Me Gluten Free (which I just received and can’t wait to review!)

Most of the products are food so definitely BRING YOUR APPETITE! There are also beauty and health products along with supplements, coupons and education references.

When you enter, you’ll get a welcome tote filled with information and lots of samples (this alone is worth the cost of admission).

Then you’ll make your way around the vendors; collecting coupons and samples, taste testing, participating in social media photos and asking lots of questions. This is your time to ask questions and REALLY learn about the products. If you find something that you love and it’s not located in a store near you, they even have forms to take to your local grocer.

To give you an example, here are just a few of the amazing exhibitors at the Atlanta conference:

  • Whole Foods
  • Udi’s
  • Glutino
  • Kroger
  • Sprouts
  • Spinato’s Fine Foods
  • Smart Flour Foods
  • Earth Balance
  • San-J
  • Market Street
  • Enjoy Life
  • SunButter
  • ArdenneFarm
  • Saffron Road
  • Plus so many more!

6 hours later, I was officially exhausted! It truly was an amazing event and I can’t wait to share some of my new favorite products with you in upcoming blog recipe posts.

If you, or someone you know, is living a gluten-free or allergen-free lifestyle, then I highly recommend that you attend an expo near you.
