Coconut Chai Smoothie

It’s time for the 3rd post in my Bob’s Red Mill Extravaganza and today we’re featuring the delicious and exotic Chai Protein Powder.

This protein powder is my new all-time favorite! The Chai flavors are so intense and rich; think cinnamon, cardamom and ginger and they taste absolutely A-MAZ-ING! You’ll notice the aroma the minute you open the bag…it’s sensory overload! And with 11 grams of fiber and heart-healthy Omega 3’s, you can’t lose.

Coconut Chai Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut almond milk
  • 1 scoop Bob’s Red Mill Chai Protein Powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon, garnish

Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients together in blender. Pour into glass and top with ground cinnamon.
