It’s the FINAL post in my Bob’s Red Mill Extravaganza and today we’re featuring the unflavored and unsweetened Protein & Fiber Nutritional Booster.

This is pure protein and fiber. It’s unsweetened so you definitely need to pair it with something fragrant. I chose oranges, but any berries, chocolate, or spices would work really well. This booster has chia and probiotics in it too so it really packs a punch!

Zesty Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 scoop Bob’s Red Mill Protein & Fiber
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Directions:

Zest orange and add to blender with the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately for a healthy protein, fiber & Vitamin C boost!

Serves 2.
