2017 is here and most of us are working towards some kind of health and/or fitness goal.
January is typically the month that most people are super motivated I created a new fitness challenge AND brought back last January’s sugar challenge. I have no doubt that if you complete both these challenges this month you’re going to see incredible results!
The first challenge is the New Year New Core Challenge. Aim to do this 4-5 times per week and your results will show!
Follow the list of moves holding each one for 30 seconds and every day try to add 5 more seconds! If you’re struggling at any time, just keep going at the same time and increase whenever you can! Don’t know a move? Just google it. There’s tons of instruction videos available online.
The second challenge is the No Sugar Challenge! This is an everyday challenge that you can start at any time.
This was super popular last year and often gets revisited throughout the year. If you can eliminate sugars for the full month, you’ll definitely see inches disappear off your waistline and your heart will thank you!
