Protein Power Snack: Lemon Raspberry Bowl

If you’re working out and/or have an active lifestyle then protein-packed snacks is always a must!

As a busy mom and trainer, I am all about easy snacks that are filling and full of protein like my Apple Pie Smoothie and Cinnamon Vanilla Pecan & Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

These days I’m in lust with the BeautyFit Luscious Lemon protein powder. It tastes just like the lemon sandwich cookies I used to have as a kid. You know…the ones with the vanilla cookie top and bottom and the layer of lemon in the middle (like an Oreo, but lemony). Mmmmmm so good!

So I took 1 scoop of the Luscious Lemon and stirred it into a cup of Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt (0% fat). Then I added about 1/2 cup fresh raspberries and kept stirring until everything was mixed together. And there you have it. An awesome mega-protein packed snack in under 2 minutes.

The combinations are truly endless.




I can picture creamy chocolate fudge protein powder, Greek yogurt, fresh cherries and chocolate chips.

Or how about sweet vanilla bean protein powder, Greek yogurt, strawberries and some crushed gf graham crackers?!

Don’t eat cow-dairy? Use your favorite non-dairy yogurt and you’ll still get a great snack high in protein from the powder.
