Typically, I toss a Quest protein bar into my yoga bag and I’m good to go for hours. It’s the perfect post-workout snack! But warm weather is finally here in Georgia and we wanted to have a little fun creating a guilt-free cool treat. Here’s our healthy version of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. Enjoy! 🙂

Directions:

  1. Cut protein bar in half and then into 12-18 squares.

  3. Place frozen bananas, that have been out of the freezer for 10-15 minutes, into blender.
  4. Add vanilla extract and nut milk to blender and mix until smooth. Add ice if you desire a thicker ice cream. If it’s too thick, add more nut milk.
