Throwing  a party? Love bite-sized foods? Gluten-free?

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, you’re going to love today’s recipe featuring Brazi Bites!

If you haven’t tried these yet, you’re in for a real treat! Brazi Bites made their nationwide debut on Shark Tank in 2015 and have been selling like hot cakes ever since.

What are they? The most amazing Brazilian cheese bread you’ve ever had, that’s what! 🙂 Fresh from the oven, these cheesy balls are the perfect accompaniment to any dish or salad.  They practically melt in your mouth and it’s hard to not eat the whole bag!

As is, these cheese balls are perfection. But, we decided to have a little fun and see what we could come up with for my daughter’s 1st birthday party.

We love serving little bite-sized finger foods at parties so we decided to cook up a bag of the Cheddar & Parmesan bites, let them cool a few minutes and then sliced them in half. Next, we simply folded up a spinach leaf and 1/2 a slice of deli ham and placed them inside.  Viola! Perfect little ham and cheese sandwiches that both kids and adults alike can enjoy!
