Turkey and Stuffing Recipe

The holiday season is fast approaching and this year our family will be celebrating with gluten-free foods!  Since we will be having company I thought it would be a good idea to start trying out turkey

Garlic Cauliflower Mash

For a healthier version of the classic “mashed potatoes” try using cauliflower!  It’s super easy, tastes amazing, and it’s an easy way to get in that extra dose of vitamins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp. butter or butter-substitute
  • Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
