Move. Nourish. Believe: Week 2

The Move - Nourish - Believe challenge (#MNBchallenge) from LornaJane.com is all about challenging yourself daily to move your body everyday, nourish your body from the inside out, and believe in yourself to know that ANYTHING is possible if you are willing to work for it.  Week one was amazing as we motivated each other to keep moving every day - If you missed this week’s recap and all the cool instagram pics, click here!  Week 2 just came to an end and here’s how it went down:

2/10: Go Meatless - Skip meat today! Try vegetarian/vegan meals.  I chose my SouthWest Spaghetti Squash - click here to get the recipe!

2/11: TYLTW! - Take Your Lunch to Work today! Choose a recipe from movenourishbelieve.com to inspire your packed lunch!  I was inspired by their spicy chickpea salad!

2/12: Write it down! - Journal your food today and share your WIAW with us!  I use my favorite meal tracking app - myfitnesspal!  Connect with me if you use it too at http://myfitnesspal.com/BodyRebooted

2/13: Smoothie Day! - Happy Thirsty Thursday! Make a healthy smoothie today!  I haven’t named this smoothie creation yet - but it is delicious!!

2/14: Go Raw Friday! - Choose a recipe from movenourishbelieve.com and go raw!  This was the best surprise of all - a big thank you to Chef Andy from Juiceateria.com for this AMAZING creation!  I totally need to learn how to make cashew cheese!

This week was so DELICIOUS!  I tried so many new foods and I loved each day’s challenge.  Next week is all about believing in yourself - so get ready to reach for the stars!
