Protein Oats and Coconut Peanut Butter Bites

Because sometimes I’m just in the mood for a bite!

I was craving a bite of something this weekend…but it had to meet 3 conditions:

It had to be healthy, have protein, and be a bit like a treat. 🙂

I didn’t want anything too big, just something I could pop in my mouth, savor and take the edge off my hunger.

After a few ingredient ratio attempts, I finally got it!

I hope you enjoy these little treats as much as we did!

Protein Oats & Coconut Peanut Butter Bites

Serving Size: 1 ball

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place all ingredients in food processor and mix thoroughly. Scoop out 12 equal portions and form into balls using hands.  Enjoy right away or cover and place in refrigerator.
