Hydration to your Core {Review + Giveaway}

Disclosure: I received a case of Core Hydration to review and giveaway from my partnership with FitApproach.  As always, all opinions are my own. Full PR & Disclosure here

The simplest way to kick-off and maintain a healthy lifestyle is to drink enough water. Period.

For some of you this may come naturally. But for the majority of people, it’s a chore and it’s easy to fall behind in what we SHOULD be drinking (me included)!

Over my years as a fitness trainer and nutritionist I’ve learned a few tricks to help me stay up on my hydration:

  1. Make it part of your routine. Start each morning with 16 ounces of water as soon as you rise to fill up your cells and get your body going.
  2. Always have water on hand. The more convenient the water is, the more you’ll be likely to drink it.
  3. Infuse your water with flavor! My favorite homemade flavor is apple cinnamon water!
  4. Log your water intake. I use both MyFitnessPal and the iDrated app to set my water intake goal and track it daily.
  5. Find an accountability partner.  Set an alarm & check in daily to make sure you’re both staying hydrated.
  6. Be picky about your water. Find a great water that’s not only good for you, but for the environment too!

One of the reasons that I am so excited to review CORE Hydration water is because it’s made to help our bodies achieve its natural pH balance (which is perfect for me and my growing baby)!

So what’s the big deal about pH balanced water?

For starters, when our bodies have a perfect pH level between 7.35 and 7.45 we can better assimilate vitamins and minerals from the food we eat. This is crucial to our health. Acidic diets, for example, are so toxic and often cancer causing and one of the easiest ways to become more alkaline is through our water intake since it makes up 2/3 of our bodies.

What CORE Hydration has done is create an ultra-purified water using a 7-stage process to remove harmful toxins and add electrolytes and minerals that naturally occur in our bodies.

The result is super clean purified water that aids in keeping us at our perfect pH level.

SCORE!

To top it all off, the water tastes great, they’re in really cool bottles that fit your hand well and are easy to travel with. The bottles are also 100% recyclable and made in the USA!
