Pina Colada Smoothie

Mix together all ingredients and serve! Serves 2

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons Flaxseed
  • 3-5 ice cubes

  1. Have you tried this with a fruit other than pineapple? I am allergic to pineapple and strawberries but would love to try this with another fruit. Thank you!
