Back in November I posted my 30-Day Pushup Challenge and it was well-received! I created the challenge for me, but I know that there were others out there, who just like me, needed help in the pushup department…so today, I wanted to show you that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE when you believe in yourself and never give up.
