It’s rich, it’s creamy, and you can customize it any way you want from fruity to sweet to savory. BREAKFAST CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia extract drops, to taste
Topping Ideas:
- Avocado and Almond Slivers
- Blueberries
- Cacao Nibs & Cashews
- Granola & Raisins
- Cinnamon & Dried Fruit
- Cranberries & Pistachios
- Banana & PB
- Bacon & Shredded Manchego cheese
Directions: Mix almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and stevia extract in Tupperware container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (Overnight is best). Once set, add a splash of water and stir. Spoon into serving dishes and top with your favorite breakfast treats.
