Supercharged Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

You don’t have to feel guilty eating this pudding because it packs a healthy punch with 3 different Superfoods:  Chia Seeds, Maca, and Cacao!  Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.  Top with unsweetened coconut flakes or diced dates prior to serving.  Serve chilled.  Serves 2.

  • 1/4  cup Salba Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder with maca
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure gluten-free vanilla
  • stevia, to taste
