Organic vs. Non-Organic

It would be great if we could afford to eat organic foods all of the time, but it’s often too expensive.

Well, thanks to Food Matters - we have the 2013 list of ‘Dirty’ and ‘Clean’ foods for consumers that want to minimize their exposure to pesticides!  By following this guide, you’ll be able to lower your pesticide consumption by 80%!  They also note that we should always buy organic corn (event though it tests low for pesticides) as it is one of the most common genetically modified foods!  More information is available at ewg.org/foodnews
