Weigh Day #6

It’s Wednesday and you know what that means…it’s officially weigh-in day!  Normally, I would be a little nervous about weigh day following a holiday, but I’m feeling pretty good after yesterday’s dress size drop.

So - let’s see what the scale has in store for me today….(full stats with picture on my Before & After page)

Weight:  189lbs - down a total of 21lbs!

That’s a one pound loss for this week, but I also lost an additional 1.75″, bringing my grand total up to 11.75″ lost in 6 weeks!  Hooray!
