Bust A Move update

Hey guys!  The DDPYoga August Challenge for the Warriors in Training (WiT) group on teamddpyoga.com is ‘Bust A Move‘.  Details below - along with my first video update.  Check it out:

WiT August 2013 Challenge - BUST A MOVE!
What?!  You thought you could hang with Jeremy and Kevin?  Ha ha, I think you can!  Give it some time, some sweat, some energy, but most of all BUST A MOVE in August!
This month is all about endurance, stamina and strength building.  We’ve focused on workouts and streaks, but now it’s time to get back to basics.  
Do you think side plank is easy?!  How about kicking that lower leg out front?  Pick it up off the ground.  How about nailing Alligator or Croc for more than 20, 30, 60 seconds next time?  Or, in our All Star Plankers cases, 6 minutes?!  Ha Ha, we don’t expect you to be *there* right off the bat.  But, what ever you got … DO IT and POST IT!  You are going to inspire someone TODAY!
So, here’s the rules:
1. Start practicing holding your favorite challenging move, or maybe your favorite challenging MOVES <— with an “s”.  Yea, that’s more than one.
2. Come back here and tell us what you got.  Post your move and time.
3. And, don’t just pop in and say you ripped a  3:00 broken table without the proof.  You want to props, folks, you post the PROOF.  No one’s getting over on this group of hard working WARRIORS.
It’s that simple.  Pick a move.  Hold it for as long as you can.  Tape it.  Post it.  
Most of all, KEEP PRACTICING every day and every week.  You might surprise yourself at where you are by the end of the month!  So, what are you waiting for? Don’t just stand there, BUST A MOVE!
