Final DDPYoga Workout Review

Today marks the last video review of the DDPYoga workout series.  The workout today is the Hips, Back, Knee Opener Workout and it’s one of the Extreme workouts.  If you are having any problems with your hips, lower back, or knees - this is definitely the workout for you.  My hips were really stiff when I started this workout and now they are feeling great with increased mobility.  Take a look!
